Tower Employment Terms:

The contractor shall perform various industrial services work as directed by Tower Scaffolding + Insulation. This may include, but is not limited to scaffolding, insulation and related industrial services. Compensation will be made subject to satisfactory completion of work as determined by Tower. Tower will provide specific safety equipment and materials as required by law and company policy.

Safety: The employee agrees to adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations established by Tower, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safe work practices.

Confidentiality: The employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data belonging to Tower, both during and after the term of employment.

Compliance with Laws: The employee agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and safety standards while performing duties for Tower.

Termination: Either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, the employee agrees to return any company property in their possession.
